Relationship Coaching is an effective way of navigating successfully through the complexities of a relationship. Relationship coaching is different to relationship counselling as it focuses on the present and future solutions based on where the individuals would like to see their relationship go. The parent child relationship is an important relationship for any individual and it brings with it, its own complexities. So if you and your child, or you and your parent are looking to improve your current relationship in any way then relationship coaching is and effective way of getting you there. The coaching sessions will firstly look at each of you understanding yourselves better as well as improving your emotional intelligence. Through improving your emotional intelligence you would; recognise both subtle and overt emotions easily in yourself and each other, use the emotional information wisely, establish a positive social relationship with each other, avoid problems and altercations and tend to further harmony and cooperation within your relationship. Once each individual better understands the self and each other better. We work towards taking the relationship to where the parent and child would like it to go. This is achieved through empowering games, empowering questions, tools and exercises. Allow yourself to reconnect where there may have been a disconnect.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your session, lets get some red tape out of the way… By Booking your session you agree to the policy below: 1. Coaching sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. This includes coaching sessions purchased as part of a coaching package. 2. Coaching sessions purchased as part of a coaching package and is not completed within the specified time frame for the specific package will result in forfeiture of the the remaining sessions and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of the coaching package. 3. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made at least 24 hours prior to the coaching session. 4. No coaching session refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
